Trustees of Shetland Charitable Trust have decided to appoint three non-executive directors to the Boards of Shetland Leasing and Property Developments Ltd (SLAP) and Shetland Heat Energy and Power Ltd (SHEAP).

Objections to the Trust's Reorganisation Scheme must be lodged with the Scottish Charities Regulator (OSCR) by 19 April 2012.
